During this time, I have gained extensive knowledge of different training styles and techniques, which I really enjoy teaching to all my clients.

I specialise mainly in body sculpting, fat loss and strength training.

I'm also passionate about teaching classes. I've been a Spin Instructor for over 6 years and I'm also a qualified Pilates Instructor.
