About Me

Hi there :)

My name is Ashley, I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past eleven years. During this time, I have trained hundreds of clients. Not only have I seen many of my clients bodies transform, I have also seen so many peoples lives change.

I truely believe that exercise is a very powerful tool to make you feel good about yourself. I have seen how it has helped so many people with improving their stress levels, their depression and even for people to become more productive.

Physical and mental health are the most important assets that you have. For that reason I believe that looking after your health should be everyone's top priority!

About meMY BACKGROUND

I grew up in Byron Bay Australia. I was always a vey active kid: I loved swimming, running and especially dancing.
Every Saturday morning, I would record video hits and learn all the dance moves from my favourite artists. I would rewind it a million times, until I nailed all the moves.

I moved out of home when I was 16 and then joined a gym. I had a lot of issues at home and my only release was the gym. I started off doing a lot of classes and cardio. I became addicted to the endorphins. Training helped me a lot over the next few years during high school.

When I finished school, I completed a Exercise Science Degree. I knew I wanted to make a career out of fitness. I was so passionate about fitness, and I really wanted to help people improve their lives.

About MeAND NOW..

Now 10 years later, I have studied many different training styles, have had many of clients make complete body transformations and have trained with some of the top coaches. 

I now specialise in strength training and body sculpting. Many of my clients have placed in Bikini/Fitness Competitions. I also have had clients lose from 5kg to 45kg.

The reason my online and offline clients get results, is because of my experience, knowledge, passion and a very personalised approach.

When creating a program, I get as much information as I can about my clients. This allows me to make realistic training and food plans that are not just a quick fix.

I want to show people that you can still enjoy delicious food and have a awesome lifestyle, whilst getting fit. I guarantee that by following my programs, not only will your body and health improve, but also your stress will decrease and your energy and your overall body confidence will increase!
